A Pathway to Retail Expansion

Products accepted into the program may be considered for a phased distribution strategy with an initial placement target of 1,000 retail locations, with the potential to scale toward 30,000 locations as opportunities develop. Expansion is subject to product approval, retailer acceptance, operational readiness, inventory availability, and distribution capacity. Store placement and distribution volumes are not guaranteed.

How Prime Club Elite Works

1. Join Prime Club Elite

Enroll with an annual membership fee of $1422.00 to access the program's product evaluation and distribution incubation services.

2. Submit Your Product for Review

Provide information about your brand, product specifications, pricing, packaging, production capacity, licensing, and other applicable documentation. LancePay Prime Club Elite will evaluate the product for potential alignment with the distribution network.

3. Develop Your Distribution Strategy

For products accepted into the program, LancePay Prime Club Elite will coordinate distribution opportunities, with an initial target of 1,000 store locations and the potential to scale toward 30,000 stores.

4. Pay the Applicable Store Landing / Slotting Fee 

For each store location pursued under an approved distribution arrangement, the member will be responsible for a $340.00 Landing / Slotting Fee per store location, subject to the agreed scope and terms of the placement.

For illustration, 1,000 store locations would represent $340,000 in Landing Fees, while 30,000 locations would represent $10,200,000. These amounts are illustrative calculations, not guarantees of placement or sales.

5. Support Your Product Launch

Members are responsible for additional applicable costs associated with bringing their products to market. These may include shipping and freight, warehousing, inventory, promotional campaigns, marketing materials, retailer requirements, compliance, and other approved expenses.

6. Participate in Performance-Based Revenue Sharing

In consideration for its distribution coordination and related program services, LancePay will receive a fee of 0.50% to 1% of each completed single-unit sale transaction, according to the applicable writt
